Our education and training offers for security authorities

Due to the special features of law enforcement we have developed our own international training and further education concept for security authorities. In doing so, we pursue a holistic approach.
This holistic approach takes into account the connection and automation of the development of solutions according to the de-escalating deployment model, the implementation and automation of the intervention and self-protection techniques as well as the use of management and operational resources with particular attention to the principle of proportionality.
For security authorities from abroad, we mainly offer training courses for multipliers and instructors. However, we are of course able to carry out training courses for users if requested by the relevant security authority. If desired, our instructor trainers can be used internationally in-house by the respective security authorities to implement the courses requested.
In addition to the training and further education of multipliers and instructors, we are also available to advise and support the respective safety authority. We have a competent and professionally excellent advisory team, which consists of our training management, instructor trainers and administrative staff.
The multipliers and instructors of the respective safety authority who are certified by us receive specially designed manuals with which the uniform training and further education of users is guaranteed. Furthermore, the multipliers and instructors have access to online instructional videos in order to be able to better prepare for the implementation of the relevant courses.
In addition, at the customer’s request, we are able to carry out individual quality controls of the multipliers and instructors certified by us when conducting the courses in order to ensure the uniform implementation of the teaching content. As part of our high quality standards, we would like to pre-plan the courses in close cooperation with the respective safety authority so that flawless implementation is guaranteed.
Furthermore, we always strive for long-term cooperation with our customers. We have the best references from security authorities, which we have been supporting for many years and, due to our excellent cooperation, have identified a need for further training and create individual training concepts.
